Hotel booking policy

Important: Please be informed that hotel bookings through bnetwork online portal are exclusively for participants registered to FESPA 2026. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation(s) in case registration for the event has not been done.

Payment policy:

Full payment required at time of booking. You can pay for reservations by credit card or wire transfer. If paying by credit card, you will be charged for the full length of stay (plus a +2.5% transaction fee) at time of booking. Once payment is received you will receive your confirmation.

Important: You are authorizing bnetwork to charge the provided credit card as per the following cancellation policy. Please note this charge will show "EUROCOATBBP" on your credit card statement.

Cancellation Policy:

-From booking confirmation up to January 12th 2026, you will be refunded 100% of your reservation in the event of a cancellation or reduction of stay.

- From January 13th to February 10th 2026, in case of cancellation of reservation(s) or reduction of stay, you will be refunded 50% of your reservation in the event of a cancellation or reduction of stay, 50% non-refundable cancellation fee will be applied.

- From February 11th to March 12th 2026, in case of cancellation of reservation(s) or reduction of stay, you will be refunded 35% of your reservation in the event of a cancellation or reduction of stay, 65% non-refundable cancellation fee will be applied.

- From March 13th to April 10th 2026, in case of cancellation of reservation(s) or reduction of stay, you will be refunded 10% of your reservation in the event of a cancellation or reduction of stay, 90% non-refundable cancellation fee will be applied.

- From April 11th to May 5th 2026, in case of cancellation of reservation(s) or reduction of stay, you will be refunded 5% of your reservation in the event of a cancellation or reduction of stay, 95% non-refundable cancellation fee will be applied.

- From May 6th 2026, all reservations are 100% non-refundable. This includes cancellation and shortening of stay. 100% non-refundable cancellation fee will be applied.

Cancellations shall be communicated to bnetwork in writing via email at the following address: fespahotels@bnetwork.com. Penalties may apply. Penalties may apply based upon cancellation policy. Telephone cancellations are not accepted as valid. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation within 24 business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CET (Central European Time).

Reservation Modification Changes: All reservation(s) modifications can be made through the website "My account" section at https://fespahotels.bnetwork.com or in writing via email fespahotels@bnetwork.com. If emailing, please include your unique reservation code. Subject to availability, changes will be confirmed by bnetwork within 24 hours Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CET (Central European Time).

Hotel booking policy (from 6 bookings):

Important: please be informed that room blocks performed through bnetwork, official accommodation agency for FESPA 2026, is exclusively dedicated to companies participating in FESPA 2026. bnetwork reserves the right to cancel the room block in case the company cancels its participation to such event.

Payment policy:

Upon confirmation, a deposit corresponding to 50% of the total cost of your night by night allotment is requested to secure your hotel allotment.

-By February 10th 2026, an additional 20% deposit is requested, for a total amounting to 70% of the total cost of your night by night allotment.
-By March 12th 2026, an additional 30% deposit is requested, for a total amounting to 100% of the total cost of your night by night allotment.
-By April 21st 2026, any additional balances or bookings generated from March 12th 2026, are requested to be paid.

Cancellation policy:

-From confirmation until February 10th 2026, in case of full cancellation of the pre-booked allotment per hotel, you are committed to pay 10% of the deposit paid as administrative cancellation fees penalty.

Partial cancellation is allowed without penalty.

- Between February 11th and March 12th 2026, 50% per night, hotel and room category of the current allotment can be cancelled without penalty. Any cancelled room nights exceeding the permitted percentage, will be charged in full.
- Between March 13th and April 10th 2026, 20% per night, hotel and room category of the current allotment can be cancelled without penalty. Any cancelled room nights exceeding the permitted percentage, will be charged in full.
- Between April 11th and May 5th 2026, 5% per night, hotel and room category of the current allotment can be cancelled without penalty. Any cancelled room nights exceeding the permitted percentage, will be charged in full.
- From May 6th 2026, 100% of the night by night allotment is due in case of cancellation. We regret that no refund can be made.
